Hi! I’m Sara El-Jammal. Growing up, I was not an athletic person. I was very insecure, quiet and kept to myself. I battled depression and anxiety until I found fitness as a healthy outlet. My fitness journey began when I was 24 years old. I had been dealing with a hip injury that was affecting my quality of life so I decided to reach out for help. My life changed the minute I started strength training. Fitness gave me confidence and after a lot of work, I was able to change my daily habits and created a healthier environment for myself. Whether my clients want to lose weight or put on muscle, my main focus is helping them create performance-based goals. When we focus on what our bodies are capable of instead of what our bodies look like, we can do incredible things! We can work on achieving our aesthetic goals while we get strong physically and mentally which I think is the best part.

Hi! My name is James Denny. I am a life long athlete, currently a competitive powerlifter. I began personal training in person in 2015, I received a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2018, and having taken multiple courses focusing on Strength & Conditioning, movement, mobility, and coaching. I am a firm believer that understanding how the body works, and balance in all areas of health & fitness are crucial for our clients. I have always been interested in what the body can do, and how it works, and I am always looking to educate myself further. Now as a fitness coach, I prioritize not only the ‘what’ but the ‘how’ and ‘why’ when it comes to my clients seeing success. It is important that we not only see our clients reach their goals, but that they are educated on HOW they did it and WHY they are choosing this for themselves. Hard work, learning, enjoyment and consistency is a powerful combination.
