Sara’s been my coach for three years. Two things that initially drew me to her: her authenticity and her love of power lifting!
When I started working with her, she noticed that though I could lift heavy, my technique and form needed improvement so we started tweaking some things. Her explanations and cues were so clear that we started seeing results right away. And to this day, as she gains more knowledge, she transfers it to me so that my lifts are always getting better and stronger.
Sara is extremely caring and passionate about her trade and her clients. I consider myself privileged to have her as my coach.

I had been roaming around the internet trying to find different videos to help me reach my goals of being able to move easier and stay active. Nothing seemed to work for me. I would try different things, but not knowing the proper forms I was just wasting energy and not seeing results. I stumbled upon James and Sara’s Instagram account and started following them. They seemed to be down to earth people that gave great advice.
After watching for a while, I decided to reach out to them about online coaching. Boy am I glad I did. They took the time to listen to MY goals, how I learn, and what I was comfortable with. They never tried to push their goals on me. I will admit to being a bit leery about how online coaching works. I mean….how can they help me when we are not in the same location? However, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
They put together a REALISTIC plan and provided the tools for me to be able to do them correctly. Each week they give feedback on my workouts. Their suggestions have been spot on and easy to follow! I can tell that not only am I meeting my goals of moving easier and less painfully, but I am getting stronger too!

Sara is an amazing personal trainer. During our first session she took the time to learn my fitness goals and why these goals were important to me. Every week, it is amazing to see the progress I am making towards these goals! I had told Sara about a knee tracking issue that makes certain movements difficult for me. From the very beginning, Sara has taken this into consideration and adapts exercises and makes sure they aren’t hurting my knee.
Speaking of adaptation, I am beyond thankful that I had Sara as a trainer when the COVID-19 pandemic was happening. Since I no longer had access to a gym, Sara took the time to develop a program I could do from home based on the equipment I had. With Sara’s help, I haven’t only gained physical strength, but I have learnt the mental benefits of movement and working out. Getting a personal trainer was and continues to be an amazing investment and I am grateful that Sara is the trainer I have.

Working with James has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I didn’t realize how much you could actually gain from working with a trainer until I started training with James. The amount of knowledge and expertise he brings to the table is hardly the best thing about working him. He cares so much about his clients and has invested so much of himself into making sure I keep progressing and learning.
Being a client of his has made me not only a better lifter but someone who is now extremely confident both inside and outside the gym.
